| Sire: Cookie Love 34" Dam: Venture Farms Reba 42" 36" AMHR 248811B (hardship) Canyon was my first Miniature I bought it 2001. She was a very frightened 3-month old who I could barely touch. She quickly learned to love people. She is always the first one to greet our visitors and guests, a true 'pocket pet'. She is very sweet and sensitive; she loves kids too. Canyon is a wide-bodied mare, something I find lacking in Miniatures today. Cute markings finish out her charm and her gorgeous flowing trot; she floats! Canyon is green broke to drive and she is doing great! She has also learned a few tricks; she can "shake hands" and "step up" on any object. Canyon has given numerous "pony rides" and even some riding lessons, she is a very reliable first mount. Canyon is expecting her 4th foal in March 2011, sired by Carnival! |
