The minis are saying "Show Off."
Spring, lived in New England and knows
how to handle the snow!

Canyon, I can do it too!
The next photos are after the second storm.
"Where am I??"
I lost some fence posts (see above with snowplow),
but my sign is still standing!
The horses lived in "tarp city," for 60 hrs. We covered every
opening to prevent the snow from coming in the stalls.

Carnival took a big leap into this deep drift of snow...
These photos are from the first storm, Carnival was born in
Florida, so the snow this deep was a new experience!
Hmmm, now what do I do??
February 6 & 7, 2010 storm we had 22-24" of snow,
February 9-11, 2010 blizzard brought us another 20" of
snow!

Carnival says pffft, to all this snow!
I can plow through this!
I think I can, I think I can...
Yes! I made it!
Get this stuff off me!
Canyon (why didn't you tell me how deep this was?)

"Look how deep it is on me."
The girls had a visitor, Checker's shelter got snowed in
half-way through the storm. We had to dig him out and
move him in with the girls.
Thursday Feb, 11th, time to find a shovel!
Friday Feb, 12th, piles of snow everywhere!
Thanks to my dad & his snowplow.
Here is a shot for perspective, that's deep snow!
Carnival is wondering "How did this in my paddock?"
The mares check out the new "path."
